We’re right across the road from bp pulse LIVE so we’re the ideal spot to start your show night.
Of course, this does mean we are busy on Arena show days. Plan ahead, arrive and park early to avoid disappointment.
Whether you're looking for parking, a place to dine, have some drinks, grab those last-minute additions to your wardrobe or even a place to stay, we've got you covered!
Planning your visit
Check out what you need to do to access our car parks and validate your tickets (below))when you're also visiting us, plus all the great extras you can add to your night all under one roof!
If you're joining us for a meal, see all our restaurants that accept bookings on Arena nights below, plus some that welcome walk-ins only. Many of our restaurants offer set menus on these nights to ensure you won't miss a second of your show. If you’re looking for a quick drink, the best spots to head for are Las Iguanas, The World Bar, Sky Bar & Restaurant, and Sports Bar.
If you are visiting us at a busy time with your children and would like a wristband for added peace of mind should you be separated, then simply visit Guest Services who will have them available for you.
If you want to avoid the traffic, Five Guys, VSK Express and our bars are open after the show too and our casino is also a great spot to carry on the night. If you fancy staying over and making the most of your night, then what about a luxurious stay at our Genting Hotel?

Book Ahead
Joining us for dinner or a drink before the show? If you'd prefer to book your table during the busy Arena nights, you can do so at Karaage, Las Iguanas, Miller & Carter, Sky Bar & Restaurant or VSK (all subject to availability). For grab-and-go options head to Costa, Starbucks or VSK Express.
Walk-In Only
To avoid no-show overload, the following restaurants do not take bookings on bp pulse LIVE event nights: Nando's, Pizza Express, Fridays, Zizzi, The World Bar and Sports Bar.
Arena Night Parking
When you spend £20 with us anywhere around Resorts World, your parking can be validated to just £3.50 for a stay of up to 12 hours. Our Guest Services team, bars, and restaurants can validate your ticket – just show them your receipt(s) (Resorts World car parks only).
If you have parked at Resorts World you’ll take a Resorts World branded ticket on arrival, and you will need that ticket to pay on exit. Arena/NEC parking can be pre-booked or paid for at any time in the Arena using their payment machines.
Resorts World Car Park guests must pay on exit (we do not offer a pre-payment option) using the payment machines in Resorts World, the Multi-Storey Car Park, or S2 Car Park.
At times when the campus is busy our car parks can be used as overflow parking so it is best to check ahead if you want to park with us and follow signs on arrival.
Taking a taxi / Uber home?
Although their usual pick-up area is near our World Bar, this can move during bp pulse LIVE nights or busy days, depending on the traffic flow on campus. We always advise that you check with a traffic management officer on the night. If you're driving, check out more details on parking below.
