If you’re using public transport we’re just a short walk from Birmingham International Train Station via the walkway to the NEC, and out onto Pendigo Way.
Resorts World is also served by the Bus Interchange at Birmingham International Train station. Regular local buses depart from here, to and from Birmingham City Centre.

Our shops are open from 10am until 7pm from Monday to Saturday and from 11am until 5pm on Sundays. Bank Holiday hours may vary, but you can find the most up-to-date information <a href="https://www.resortsworldbirmingham.co.uk/opening-hours">here.</a>

You can <a href="https://www.resortsworldbirmingham.co.uk/getting-here">find our tariff here</a>. Parking for two hours is £3.50, and 2-12 hours is £18 but you can validate your ticket on spends of £20* to park for up to 12 hours for just £3.50! Our Guest Services team are happy to validate parking with a valid receipt or, if they’re closed, you can get your parking validated at any of our bars or restaurants, or in Cineworld and Hollywood Bowl. Parking is just £2 for Cineworld and Hollywood Bowl guests. 
*Please note the validation discount does not apply to hotel guests, overnight parking, or EV charging. Purchases must be made at retail, dining or entertainment venues within Resorts World.

You’ll find a sheltered bike rack adjacent to our Gate House, near the entrance to our Multi-Storey Car Park.

We have a parent and child room with changing facilities. You can find this room by following the corridor leading off the Ground Floor atrium (between <a href="https://www.resortsworldbirmingham.co.uk/eat-drink/las-iguanas" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Las Iguanas</a> and <a href="https://www.resortsworldbirmingham.co.uk/eat-drink/zizzi" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Zizzi</a>), it’s on the left-hand side – look out for the yellow sign above the door.
You will also find baby-changing facilities in all of our restaurants & cafes

We welcome breastfeeding mothers and would encourage you to feed your baby as and when you need to in whichever area you find most comfortable – whether that’s wandering around browsing the shops, taking a moment in any of our seating areas throughout the building or in the screened off privacy of the parent and baby room (in the corridor leading off the Ground Floor atrium, between <a href="https://www.resortsworldbirmingham.co.uk/eat-drink/las-iguanas" target="_blank">Las Iguanas</a> and <a href="https://www.resortsworldbirmingham.co.uk/eat-drink/zizzi" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Zizzi</a>).
If there is anything we can do to make you more comfortable please feel free to talk to our Guest Services team who will be happy to help and will take note of any feedback.

If you require help or assistance of any kind and especially in the event of an emergency (for example losing your child in the building or requiring medical assistance) please seek help from the nearest member of security staff or visit our Guest Services Team – you’ll find their base underneath the escalator in the Ground Floor Atrium.

Guide dogs, hearing dogs and assistance dogs are welcome, but we do not allow non-working dogs. We do relax these rules annually for the duration of Crufts, when we welcome all dogs (on leads!)

Bikes, scooters and skateboards are not permitted inside Resorts World.

Smoking is banned as per The Smoke-Free Law (2007) Please be aware that smoking in contravention of our rules may incur a fine of up to £200. If you need to smoke, there are external spaces throughout the building where you can do so;

We do not, but there is a Multi-Faith room that’s open to all just a short walk away from the Resort in the NEC’s Piazza, next to their Chaplaincy office and near to Subway. This room offers washing facilities, prayer mats, holy books and other resources for prayer.

Please report any lost property to our Guest Services Team, you can do this in person at their base underneath the escalators in the Ground Floor Atrium, or if you have left the building you can do this via phone on 0121 273 1230.

You can spend the Resorts World gift card pretty much everywhere at Resorts World. The only exceptions are:

RRP stands for recommended retail price. This is specified by manufacturers when they produce an item for sale and will in most instances be referenced on the outlet price tag for each item.

All guests must be 18 or over, and a valid photo ID may be requested - as the casino operates in a Challenge 25 policy. This rule also applies to the Sports Bar – children are not permitted to enter any area of the casino.

Yes, there are some rules to follow. Smart casual is the general rule, with smart jeans and smart trainers being acceptable. However, club football shirts and muscle/vest tops are not.
Also, for the security and safety of all our guests, it is vital that we can see people clearly on our CCTV system and so caps and other hats must be removed before entering the casino.
